Education: I attended Moorhead State University in Moorhead, MN and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Education- Major: Mathematics, Minor: Physical Education.
Experience: I have 19 years of high school math teaching experience. I taught 5 years in North Dakota and 5 years in Colleyville, TX. I'm so excited to start my 10th year in Alvord!
Bio: I am originally from North Dakota and moved to Texas in 1996. I currently live in Decatur with my husband, Scott, and two daughters, Satasha -5th Year Senior at Rice University in Houston and Sienna - Sophomore at Wise County Weatherford College. Satasha plays volleyball for the Rice Owls and is majoring in Sports Medicine; Sienna is involved in dance and is majoring in Computer Science.
The
small town atmosphere and friendliness of the people was what attracted
us to this area. When we are not at a volleyball game or dance recital, we enjoy
camping, fishing, swimming, playing games or just relaxing at home watching
movies.
